You’re Not Alone
The Four Fears Every Woman Faces
These fears are universal—and they’re exactly what holds incredible women back from experiencing something truly life-changing.
"I’m in my underwear in front of strangers! This is going to be awkward!"
- First, let’s be honest: Everyone thinks this.
- Here’s what actually happens: About 10 minutes in, you stop thinking about the lingerie.
- You are never expected to "just know what to do."
- No freestyling. No rolling around a bed trying to feel sexy. That would be awkward for both of us.
- Most poses don’t feel sexy—and that’s intentional. They’re about shape, angles, and pulling the body into flattering lines.
- The photos look sexy. Taking them does not feel sexy. There’s a lot of arching and standing up really straight. Some women even tell me they’re a little sore the next day.
- This is a private session. All-female staff. Studio closed. Just you (and anyone you choose to bring).
- There’s nothing you could be self-conscious about that I haven’t seen before. You’re not an exception.
- Awkward fades fast when you feel supported and directed. That’s my job.
"I’m not photogenic. What if I don’t like my photos?"
- "Not photogenic?" That’s what she said.
- Every woman you see in my gallery felt this way first. They didn’t wake up feeling photogenic either.
- Most of us spend our days in sweatpants, no makeup, scrolling social media. Of course we think we couldn’t look like that.
- Those women you compare yourself to? They have professional hair, makeup, lighting, posing, and direction. And that’s all INCLUDED in your shoot.
- Photogenic isn’t a look. It’s comfort in front of the camera.
- And that’s not your job. That’s mine.
- I hear this all the time. Women tell me they don’t take good photos… and then cry when they see their photos because they finally see how beautiful they really are.
- Taking photos doesn’t physically hurt. You have nothing to lose.
- If you don’t like your photos, you don’t have to buy them.
- And you’re no worse off than you are right now. You don’t currently have photos of yourself that you love.
- Worst case? You get professional hair and makeup, feel amazing, and go out for a great night afterward.
- Best case? You see yourself differently—for the first time in a long time.
- You have nothing to lose but your insecurities.
"I have no idea what to wear!"
- First—take a breath. You don’t have to figure this out alone.
- You’ll bring up to four outfits. They can be anything you want them to be.
- Pretty dresses. Modest lingerie. More revealing lingerie. Even fine art nude—emphasis on fine art.
- If all else fails? A white sheet, a little side boob or booty curve, and suddenly you have a timeless, classic image.
- I don’t provide lingerie—and that’s intentional. For comfort, hygiene, and fit.
- But I do have studio accessories. Shawls. Gloves. Tulle robes. Layers that photograph beautifully.
- Once you book, you’ll get a full lingerie guide. Plus a curated list of trusted places to shop.
- Still feeling stuck? We also offer personal shopping options and a custom Amazon list with easy ideas.
- And yes—you can call or text me. Anytime you’re unsure. My door is always open.
- One important tip: Don’t bring only your "safe" outfits.
- This experience is about stepping outside your comfort zone. Bring the pieces you’ve always been curious about but never thought you could wear.
- I’ll help you choose what works best—for your body, your comfort level, and your vision.
- You don’t need perfect outfits. You just need to show up.
- I’ll handle the rest.
"My body isn’t where I want it to be. I still need to lose weight and tone."
- As women, we tend to focus on every little imperfection. And we rarely see our good physical features.
- I have over 50 ways to shape and contour the body. Through lighting, posing, and angles.
- Whatever you’re most self-conscious about—that’s exactly what we’ll hide.
- And your best features? Those are what we’ll focus on.
- Corrective lighting and posing is what I specialize in. I see your best angles.
- Most of the time, we can get you looking amazing with lighting and posing alone.
- And if there’s something you’re still self-conscious about, I won’t hesitate to Photoshop it out.
- Here’s the truth: We’re almost never going to feel "ready."
- There will always be another goal. Another 10 pounds. Another version of "almost there."
- The best time to do this was last year. The second-best time is now.
- You’re not waiting to become worthy. You’re documenting who you are right now.
- One day, you’ll look back on these photos and appreciate this version of you.
- Something interesting happens when women stop fighting their bodies. They start to love them.
- And once that happens, everything else tends to fall into place.
- So don’t wait for your goal weight. Learn to love yourself as you are—right now.
- That’s where confidence actually starts.
