Data Deletion Request

The Hermes application is a private, internal tool used exclusively by J.R. Owen & Co. to manage our own Facebook and Instagram advertising accounts via the Meta Marketing API. We do not collect or store personal data from any outside users through this application.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you believe J.R. Owen & Co. holds any personal data associated with your Facebook account through our use of the Meta platform and you would like it removed, please contact us directly. We will review your request and respond within 30 days.

Removing App Permissions via Facebook

You can also revoke this app's access to your Facebook account at any time directly through Facebook:

1. Go to your Facebook Settings and select Apps and Websites.
2. Find Hermes in the list.
3. Click Remove.

Removing the app from your Facebook settings will immediately revoke all access permissions.
